Programs Offered
The Skill Development Centre aims to enhance skills for faculty, non-teaching staff, technical personnel, and administrators for the overall development and efficiency of the educational institution in the following domains:
- Pedagogical Skills : Instructional design, and classroom management techniques to create engaging and effective learning experiences for students.
- Technology Integration : Staying updated with educational technology tools and platforms for online and blended learning.
- Assessment and Evaluation : Developing effective methods for assessing student learning outcomes and using assessment data for program improvement.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration : Promoting collaboration across disciplines to encourage innovative teaching and research.
- Mentoring and Advising : Developing skills in mentoring students, guiding research projects, and providing academic advising.
- Communication Skills : Improving communication and interpersonal skills for effective interactions with students, faculty, and other staff members.
